n 2013, our Founder Rashod Harris started on a path of building a successful content marketing agency. During those first few years there were many highs and lows. There were months the business didn’t see any profit, and even times when projects were scarce- if any it all. After years of losses and struggles, the tides turn for Rashod. Due to his tenacity and desire to beat all odds, he finally cracked the code on what it took to build a successful company.
Now we are in 2021, and The Rebel Society is looking to help teach creators how to build their own companies, while avoiding some of those startup pitfalls that Rashod dealt with in the early years of the agency.
Now we are officially launching our R.U.N. (REBELS UNLEASHED) Internship Program. This program is designed to give young videographers hands on learning experience while teaching them how to build a creative videography business. During this 16-week session we will teach our creatives a broad range of skills from shooting and editing; to workflows and pricing; packaging to building a strong portfolio; and many more skills. The creatives are required to spend 2 days a week in our office. The practicum/ hands-on portion of the internship will be provided in the evening from our team of experts. One day will consist of shadowing and the other day will be execution.
Requirements:
- Must have transportation
- Must have camera
- Preferably own computer or laptop
- Must live in Hampton Roads area of Virginia
- Age limit between 19 and 30
