Where are you from and how has being there affected your creativity?
I’m from Greensboro, North Carolina and it help my creativity to perfect my craft to the point where I know what I like to shoot and how to take it to the next level. Since Greensboro is not a creative town it made it harder to gain inspiration to create visuals. But with a big imagination and friends it makes visuals a lot better.
Explain what initially got you into shooting?
I started a fashion blog called the Cotton Club where we provide visual inspiration with style themes. As we were shooting our project for the blog, I started to dabble in photography by shooting with my iPhone. I slowly recognize that I had eye for photography and I wanted to investigate it more. Shooting more with the iPhone made me gain a strong passion for photography that me want to fully convert to photography as my passion and career. As of last year, I got my first camera and I never look back.
